Onsite RV Rental

We have a purchased  a beautiful new 2018 Terry Classic for use as an onsite RV Rental.  Wait...a “new” 2018?   Yes!  At the time of purchase, this camper had never been slept in.  The original purchaser was unable to use this trailer after purchasing, so we have given it a new home here at the resort where families can come stay and make memories together.  The trailer can sleep three adults or two adults and two children.  Check our Reservation Page on December 1, 2024 when it becomes available to rent. .

The dog park fencing has been installed for our three dog parks.  L&M Welding did a fantastic job!  Our resort hosts have been sanding, priming, painting!  The  landscaping inside the dog parks will start soon.  There will be sod (real grass!) in the west and center dog parks, while the east dog park will be landscaped with white sand.  We are trying different media to see which will work best for our furry friends.

The concrete slab for the Pickle-Ball Courts has been poured.  The 28 day curing time is over and the grinding prep for the surface has begun. The paint should take a week if weather cooperates.  A big thank you to Ryan at Rhino Concrete Coatings for jumping on this for us!  We are in the process of securing a fencing contractor to start after paint is complete…..so warm up your paddles!
