Mesquite Outdoor Rentals, our veteran UTV rental outfitter, is located on-site at the resort. They will equip you with a 2-Seat, 3-Seat or 4-Seat Side By Side. Their rental desk is in the RV Park Office.
They are a Destination Yamaha Partner and Can-Am Rental Outfitter, with a lot of options to make your off road experience better than ever. They've expanded their rentals to include E-Bikes. Guided Trail Rides are coming soon!

Why Mesquite, NV is an Off Road Treasure Trove
Off Highway Vehicles (OHVs) which are properly equipped and permitted are allowed on ALL city streets in Mesquite, NV for the purpose of accessing off-road trails and adventures. This makes Mesquite Trails RV Resort a very friendly OHV RV Park, compliments of the City of Mesquite.
Leave your trailer behind in the resort and head out for adventure on your side by side, ATV or motor bike. This is a privilege only two cities in Nevada have. Please be safe, responsible, and learn your limitations. Take a safety course, always be prepared, and know the rules on and off road.
Waiting for you is a world of biological and geological wonders leading through lands of Joshua Trees, Junipers, Palms, Pines, Cactus, Yuccas, Creosote, and more. You’ll ride through canyons, along ridge tops, aside creeks and you’ll see the most amazing rock formations. Believe it or not, there is a hidden waterfall!
